Cookies and privacy settings

In the event of a discrepancy in interpretation, the French version is the reference version.
1. What is a cookie or tracker?
A cookie or tracker is information stored on or read from a user's device when using an online service. Some trackers are necessary for the service, while others may be used for audience measurement or advertising.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
Rulezz may use cookies, sessions or local storage that are strictly necessary to maintain user sessions, secure logins, remember essential settings, store language choices, retain local game data, remember consent choices and operate the service. These technologies may be used without consent where they are strictly necessary for the requested service.
3. Audience measurement
Rulezz may use Google Analytics or an equivalent service to measure traffic, visited pages, performance, device type and navigation paths. Where consent is legally required, the relevant trackers are enabled only after consent.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
The free version of Rulezz may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, limit repetition and, with your consent, personalise advertising. Rulezz+ is designed to provide an ad-free experience on the service.
5. Consent
Where required, the consent interface may allow you to accept all, refuse or manage options. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the core functionality of Rulezz.
6. Google Consent Mode and CMP
Rulezz may use Google Consent Mode and a certified consent management platform to communicate your choice to Google services. Processing that requires consent remains conditional on that consent.
7. Third-party cookies
Some trackers may be placed or read by third-party services integrated into Rulezz. Their use is also governed by their own privacy policies.
8. Duration
Cookie retention depends on the purpose and provider concerned. Rulezz seeks to keep these periods limited to what is necessary and to follow the durations set by applicable rules and the consent tools used.
9. Change or withdraw consent
You may change your choices at any time using the controls on this page. When the Google CMP or another certified CMP is enabled, that interface also serves as the reference point for the advertising consent choices it manages.
